Montresor Custoza Bio Organic - Montresor Custoza Bio Organic has delicate aromas of orchard fruit and spring flowers. The savoury palate has ripe golden apple, apricot and tangy citrus characters, alongside a bright, saline acidity.

A blend of local varieties Garganega, Friulano, Cortese (known here as Bianca Fernanda) and Trebbiano Toscano. The vines are organically cultivated on hillside slopes to the south-east of Lake Garda. After harvesting the grapes are softly crushed and fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel.
