Comments we've received following a 'All About Wine' Tasting Quiz Night

We have just recently completed our third wine tasting with Piers, the last two being in aid of Demelza Hospice Care for Children. The wines Piers brings are all superb, very different and carefully selected so as not to compete with larger suppliers. The interaction and ability to get the audience very involved is key to Piers’ way of making it a thoroughly enjoyable evening. We supplied the bread and cheese. Piers delivered the knowledge, banter and expertise to make it such a successful time. And on each occasion an excellent sum was made for the Hospice. We are arranging our fourth tasting very soon at a larger venue.

Many thanks Piers for another successful wine tasting evening. As usual a fun filled and educational evening, we always learn something new. You made it a stress free evening to organise (we were able to raise funds for our nominated charity 'No More Landmines'. Everyone went home feeling they had an informative, enjoyable evening with great value for money.

I wanted to say a really big thanks for a fantastic evening last night, you made it a really memorable birthday party. I have had enthusiastic feedback from everyone who came and your wine tasting banter and quiz questions made the evening great fun as well as being the sort of wine education with a competitive edge that everyone loved.
From a personal point of view I was also really impressed that you managed to put on such an interesting and unusual range of wines - not a bog standard Cabernet or Chardonnay among them but you did manage to include my favourite Nebbiolo! Cheers and I hope we can get you back soon.
