Bodegas Borsao Garnacha - This wine has lots of rich Spanish character. Rich, plummy and chocolatey fruit on the nose and palate this medium-bodied wine would be great with all sorts of flavoursome foods. Bodegas Borsao was establised in 2001 and is a collection of three of the most progressive co-operative cellars in the Campo de Borja zone southeast of Rioja. Grapes come from 620 member growers covering 2,500 hectares, nearly a third of the region's total. This great value for money wine is an outstanding example of Borsao's easy-to-drink, modern, fresh wines. |
