Fleurie Domaine des Grands Cedres - Intense aromas of black cherry and floral notes, round and elegant on the palate.

Signé Vigneron was established by Olivier Ravier in 1997 in order to produce
and promote the wines of the Beaujolais with good typicity from their respective
areas. All wines are presented in Signé Vigneron’s unique engraved bottle and
show a silkiness of tannins and mouthfilling texture which is the hallmark of
Olivier’s wines. The 80 year old founder of Domaine de Cedres, Louis
Bertrand, has been a winemaker since 1946. His son Guy and his son in law
Claude are now continuing his expertise and knowledge. The domaine is
located to the south of the village of Fleurie, with up to 70 year old vines
covering a total of 16 hectres.
