Pouilly Fume le Champ des Vignes - Characteristic flinty nose and palate opening out to show floral and dried fruit scents. Good weight, full bodied with balanced acidity through to a dry and citrus zesty finish.

Two brothers, Yvon et Pascal Tabordet, took over the family vineyuard in 1981.
The domaine is in the the Verdigny district, three kms from Sancerre in the
Department of the Cher. In 1987 they crossed the Loire and planted in the
appellation Pouilly Fumé. The domaine consists at present of 13 hectares of
vines devoted to the production Sancerre and Pouilly Fume.
