Domaine Tabordet Sancerre Rose - Made from 100% Pinot Noir, cool fermented to retain freshness and fruit. Elegant and well structured with a lingering aftertaste.Two brothers, Yvon et Pascal Tabordet, took over the family vineyuard in 1981. The domaine is in the the Verdigny district, three kms from Sancerre in the Department of the Cher. In 1987 they crossed the Loire and planted in the appellation Pouilly Fumé. The domaine consists at present of 13 hectares of vines devoted to the production Sancerre and Pouilly Fume. |
