Conde de Valdemar Rioja Rosado - This iconic rosé has intense aromas of red fruits with subtle floral notes of violet petals. The palate balances lively rhubarb fruit with a delicious creamy texture. Enjoy with light salads or white meats. Bodegas Valdemar is that rare thing: a Rioja estate where all the grapes come from the family's own vineyards (400 hectares of them!), giving unrivalled control over the quality of the fruit at every level. The juice for this rosé was run off from the vats after a brief period of skin contact, fermented and matured briefly without oak, and bottled in January 2008 to preserve its freshness and fruit character.
