Finca Valpiedra Rioja Reserva - This wine is produced from only the very best grapes in the finest vintages. A rare thing: a single-vineyard Rioja, giving an excellent expression of the fruit with fine nuances of dark berries perfectly combined with the smokiness provided by the ageing in French oak barrels. Round and full-bodied with an elegant, ripe structure and a long, silky, persistent finish. In our opinion this is one of the finest! Finca Valpiedra is a single Rioja Alta vineyard of spectacular quality: so good, in fact, that the company decided to build a winery in the middle of it to look after its concentrated, aromatic fruit. |
