Le Giuncare Verdicchio Riserva - A late harvest Verdicchio with spicy, ginger aromas, a rich, textural mouthfeel and nutty flavours on the palate. There's a twist of bitter almond on the finish - this is a serious wine with amazing texture and luscious appeal. Giuncare will age well and continue to develop delicious layers of flavour. A particularly fine wine. Match with richly flavoured fish dishes or pasta with a rich mushroom/truffle sauce. This wine has won numerous IWC, Decanter and Sommelier awards. This is an extremely well-made wine with great structure that is both approachable and characterful. |
