Domaine Bouchie Chatellier Premier Millesime Pouilly Fume - A fresh and elegant Pouilly Fumé. One of the very best of the appellation. This top cuvée from Domaine Bouchie Chatellier has ripe, herbaceous aromas, balanced by concentrated green fruit and crisp citrus acidity on the finish. Made from selected parcels of old vines, with better exposure giving the wine greater concentration and complexity. The stainless steel fermentation is used to preserve aromatics and fruit expression. Serve chilled (8°C) as an aperitif, with fish served with a delicate sauce, or with foie gras. |
