Mokoblack Pinot Noir - This soft and rounded Pinot Noir from Central Otago is a steel at this price! Forward strawberry fruit, with a touch of spice makes this a really appealing wine from this very popular new property. Delicate fruit, silky texture and lots of charm, oh yes.. The fruit was harvested in separate parcels in the vineyard and this was maintained through the winery for blending. Each parcel was aged in a mix of 1-3 year old French oak to develop the smooth oak flavours that have integrated with the fine tannins. |
