Perolla Vermentino - A really refreshing, mouthwatering white wine. Quite aromatic with lovely floral and tropical fruity notes, crisp acidity and bright fruit flavours. Made from 85% Vermentino grapes and 15% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Vermentino can produce lovely wines, and this is one to get really excited about! This wine is made from the Vermentino grape grown in the beautiful coastal region of Maremma, which stretches along the coast of southern Tuscany. The maritime climate has contributed to the creation of a clean, crisp Vermentino with its typical citrusy lime flavours and touch of minerals. Great with shellfish, crab, avocado salads, and rich cheeses. |
