Sierra Grande Sauvignon Blanc - Chilean Sauvignon Blanc... 'Party', 'Summer', 'Friends', all of that.... It's a really friendly approachable fresh wine from Chile. Full of zest and forward fruity flavours, typical of the Sauvignon grape. It's bursting with exotic tropical fruit, yet retains freshness through its natural racy acidity. Sierra Grade have managed to keep prices low and their quality high. Grapes are harvested during the coolest part of the day to ensure they reach the winery in prime condition. Temperatures are kept fairly low throughout the winemaking process, to allow the grapes to express their natural fruit characters. Quaff with fish and chips or drink whenever the mood takes you - enjoy! |
