Bodegas Borsao, Seleccion Tinto - This wine champions my rustic, honest drinkable red category. This is a little star! This predominantly bush vine Garnacha blend from these harsh, windswept vineyards, offers perfect balance, dark red fruit, spice and mocha with some grip culminating in an incredibly approachable, juicy finish. It acts a bit like a dollop of redcurrant jelly, working brilliantly with the savoury, herby flavours of roast lamb!
