Rose Royal Spumante Pinot Noir - A deliciously drinkable, extra dry Italian rosé sparkling wine, 100% Pinot Noir. Similar in style to a really good Prosecco, this is a terrific party wine that really overdelivers. A delicate pale pink colour. Subtle and persistent bubbles. Rich toasty aromas of bread mingle with flower blossom, ripe apples and luscious cherries. Elegant and balanced palate, finishes with a good length. This long established Veronese family company, headed by Giorgio Montresor, is producing wines which increasingly rival the offerings of the region's more fashionable names and this is no exception. Excellent aperitif. Also enjoy with appetizers, and light chicken and fish dishes. |
