Hot, dry summers, cold nights and poor limestone soil make the area ideal for organic farming.They also suit the local Bobal grape, whose thick skin and high natural acidity gives robust, meaty wines. Blended with 30% Cabernet to add freshness and fruity tones, this is a really approachable and easy to drink wine that releases interesting smoky and spicy notes. A great, robust red from Southern Spain. |
